Man Steals Halloween Themed Mannequin
Occurred on October 13, 2018 / Alpharetta, Georgia, USA
Info from Licensor: "We had a Halloween decoration stolen from our restaurant Saturday night and caught him on camera. The whole community helped to try to find him. Police received an anonymous tip that is was seen outside of a neighborhood club house. They retrieved it and brought it back. A few people also called and said they saw it at a Halloween party! We’re still not sure who took it!"
