Moment tree snaps in half, tearing down power lines


Winds caused by Hurricane Michael caused a tree to snap in half, bringing down electrical power lines down, earlier today (October 11) in the state of Georgia.

Footage captured in Warner Robins city captures the intense weather as the Category 5 tropical storm batters the south of the US.

Filmer and local resident Leroy Etheridge said: "We have no power and it went out for a couple of days."

Etheridge, who filmed the incident in his front garden, added: "I was assessing my yard after the hurricane last night and this happened."
