Multiple crashes for amateur toboggan riders in Switzerland's notorious Cresta Run

The return of tobogganing season sees 21 thrill-seeking riders take on the world-famous Cresta Run in St Moritz, Switzerland.

This course is known to be the last bastion of the amateur sport due to its unforgiving design as it lacks high banking. One corner in particular causes a great deal of difficulty for the riders.

Every spring the track melts away and has to be constructed again once the winter snow returns. The winner was Nico Juelich from Champfèr, Engadin in Switzerland. It was the second time he has won the Grand National in as many years.
