New York family take to the streets to clean up garbage

This family from the Bronx took to the streets to clean up the trash thrown from cars on the paths leading to the subway.

The idea came to Cyrille Njikeng when his son asked him why they walk through garbage on the way to the train station, so he decided to take his son and daughters to clean it up.

“I felt ashamed when my son asked me the question and I couldn't help but show him that we could bring change to our community without waiting for someone else to do it,” Njikeng told Newsflare.

The video was filmed on July 5 in Kingsbridge, the Bronx.
