Old Chinese woman suspends her head from horizontal bar to work out
A 68-year-old woman named Song Lianyun suspended herself by her head from a horizontal bar to work out.
The bizarre moment shows Song moving her arms and legs to dance with the music in the mid-air as she hangs with her head in a harness suspended on a horizontal bar.
The clip was shot in Qingdao City in eastern China's Shandong Province on June 15, 2018.
Song said the workout helped her recover from cervical spondylopathy. She can even hang there for a whole day.
