Info from Licensor: "The older man you see running out of the car was yelling out the window back and forth with a driver that apparently cut him off. Before the events of this video, the car in front of him threw a bottle of water out of the window and it hit the man's window and went into the window getting the man wet. The man apparently took offense and that's where the video picks up."
