Info from Licensor: "I was driving and saw a little fire under the guys car as he was passing by. I didn’t think he saw it since it was very small at the time, so I turned around and it went up quick. I didn’t mean to sound like a jerk when I said it looked nice other than the fire. I was honestly just trying to compliment the car, then realized probably not the right time to say it!"
