Police in Bogota give zumba classes to quarantined residents
POLICE GIVE ZUMBA CLASSES to quarantined residents 3x a day throughout the capital city of Bogotá.
Johnny Pico Hernandez, the founder says that the goal is to give residents messages of hope and faith in between songs.
