Police rescue buck tangled in rope swing
Two Dyfed-Powys Police officers literally went above and beyond the call of duty when they went to rescue a deer tangled on a rope swing in Powys. A public member called to report the deer’s antler was caught on the rope near Welshpool on Sunday, 23 January. Armed with just a small pair of scissors from a first aid kit and a lot of determination, animal lovers PC Marcus Wright and PC Dave Wilkinson swung into action. What an amazing effort!
