Powerlines Arc During Storm

Occurred on approximately December 10th, 2021 / Stephensville, Wisconsin, USA

Info from Licensor: "My friends Andrew, Bella, Serena, and my boyfriend Adam had to drive somewhere and on the way back to the house in Ellington, Wisconsin, we saw the sky light up blue. After all of us were silent and looked around questioning what happened it did it again, this time blue and red, we noticed it was coming from about 200 yards ahead of us, I immediately grabbed my phone and hoped it would happen again, that’s when I got the video. Afterward, we realized there were taillights from a car right by the glowing light. We realized it was powerlines and we told the driver to go down by the car to make sure they didn’t hit the powerline pole and cause this. Andrew was nervous because he didn’t want powerlines to fall on us or something to happen that could put us in danger too. We started slowly driving toward it to make sure everyone was safe. Still seeing the taillights, we kept driving until we saw them drive off. We figured that everyone was safe and drove back home. The power was out for a while after this had happened but everyone was safe."
