Problems with the Piñata

Info from Licensor: It was my daughter Kate’s 4th birthday and my son, who is 13, wouldn’t stop asking to take a swing at the piñata. I didn’t want him to break it open as I knew Kate would be sad. So I was swinging the piñata and pulling it up by the rope so my son would miss and ended up pulling the hoop down on top of me.
