Putting a Fish Back After Flooding

Info from Licensor: After heavy rains, the area became flooded. I spent about 2 hours there saving fish. I started with bigger ones because they were easier to see. Then I moved to the smaller ones. In the video, I dipped the fish in the water to see if it was alive then released it in the lake.
