Ranger the Dog Takes Shoe into Tornado Mode

Info from Licensor: We adopted Ranger from the Best Friends Animal Rescue here in Alaska. When it is too cold to stay outside for long, Ranger finds ways to entertain himself. When I heard him bounding around upstairs I decided to go up and see what he was up to. He is 9 months old in this video, and according to the rescue group, Ranger is half Labrador Retriever and half Saint Bernard.
