This is the moment fans at the UK’s Isle of Wight music festival vented their frustration after it was announced that singer Jess Glynne would not be performing.
In video filmed on Sunday evening (June 16), fans can be heard shouting “refund!” while others can be heard booing as festival promoter John Giddings announces that Glynne would not be performing.
