Rhode Island girl starts crying when surprised with 'dream' puppy

A girl dropped to her knees in tears outside her Rhode Island home when she was greeted by her dream puppy after a year of begging her parents.

The mother said her daughter "would leave notes/letters around the house stating in detail how she deserves a puppy", and even left a note saying how she envisioned herself being greeted by the pup, who she would call Stella, in the driveway after school.

The parents decided to fulfil their daughter's dream and caught it in this magical moment filmed on May 13.
