Info from Licensor: "Driving down highway 349 south of Midland, Texas with a windmill hub going to Rankin, Texas. Almost to the end of a passing zone when the left lane ended running 70-75 mph when an oilfield truck decided to try and pass. He kept on and I maintained my lane and speed then he swerved at me. After he finally passed he turned off about 3 miles down the road."
