Running a Red Light on a Rainy Road
Occurred on January 17, 2019 / Anaheim, California, USA
Info from Licensor: "I was pulling off the 91 freeway, in Orange County, CA, in very wet conditions, when I noticed a truck ran a red light. I could not see to my left because of a big truck, so I slowly proceed when the light turned green following the lead of the truck to the left. Then a gray Honda ran the red light nearly missing the truck on the left, myself, and the vehicle on my right. The Honda had no idea they did anything wrong."
