Smoker Malfunction Leads to Fireball

Info from Licensor: "I was using my smoker as I normally do, and had chicken and sausage on the grill and noticed the temperature went from 400 to 150 and it was smoking unexpectedly. I grabbed my phone to see what was going on and as I open the hood, the smoker exploded."
