Snow Flies off Car Roof and Shatters Windshield
Occurred on February 19, 2021 / Silver Spring, Maryland, USA
Info from Licensor: I was in the right lane with cruise control on, and in the left lane a speeding car with snow on its roof flies by, with the snow coming off. Unable to see and glass flying everywhere inside the car, I had to pull over and get my car towed.
