Strange phenomenon of localised rain filmed in southeastern China
The unusual phenomenon of localised rain has been filmed in southeastern China.
In the video, a cyclist stays dry as he stares at the downpour just in front of him.
The clip was captured in Yingtan City in Jiangxi Province on September 16.
The localised rain only lasted for around ten minutes.
