Info from Licensor: "We are students of Indiana Aerospace University Lapu-Lapu City. Our friend was celebrating her birthday and we were surprised when her suitor asked her to be his girlfriend. Everyone was shocked and one of my friends accidentally broke the water jug. The room was flooded and everyone was confused about what was happening.
