At about 5:00 p.m. on August 22, 2021, there was a phenomenon of thunderstorms, especially tornadoes, that occurred in Ben Tre before there was a hailstorm in Ho Chi Minh City. It's been a long time since Vietnam has had this strange phenomenon appear to signal many days of rain in the rainy season."
