Talented Chinese cook creates vivid floral artwork from boiled sugar
A talented cook turned the sugar into a vivid chrysanthemum flower artwork in southern China.
In the video, shot in Dazhou city in Sichuan province on April 5, the cook Xu Xiaorui boils the sugar and shapes it into flower petals, adding colours and sticking the pieces together.
Xu said he has been making sugar art for more than a year.
