Info from Licensor: "My wife Megan and I were in Sacramento staying at a hotel. While exiting an elevator on the bottom floor she dropped her phone and it went down the crack where the doors open. She informed the front desk and they told her they would have to call the elevator company and in the past, it has been at least $600. Megan decided to YouTube 'how to get something out of an elevator shaft' and came across a video using a long stick and gorilla tape. She went to the store and bought the products and attempted to get the phone out herself. She was successful!"
