Thousands enjoy the sun in Birmingham as heatwave hits the UK
As the heatwave envelops the UK, thousands of Brummies have taken to the city streets today (July 23) to enjoy the soaring temperatures.
As well as locals, visitors to the city also gathered in Centenary Square for lunch as temperatures in the 30's beamed down on the Midlands.
