Thousands of pumpkins light up West Virginia house

Thousands of pumpkins show their lighted faces outside Kenova's Pumpkin House in West Virginia.

Every year, former mayor Ric Griffith, turns his house into a Halloween showcase, and hundreds of volunteers take days (or sometimes weeks) to make the arrangement.

While this footage was shot in 2017, volunteers in Kenova have already started the days-long project of gutting and carving pumpkins for Halloween.

Some 3,000 are expected to be on display this year.
