Traffic Barrier No Match Flood

Info from Licensor: "While at a fundraising comedy event at the Two Truths bar, the rain started. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw what I thought was a slow-moving person walking in the street where it was flooded. Then I saw it was a traffic barrel flowing in the street and ran out of the bar to video it. There is so much construction in our neighborhood that I loved the idea that it wanted to leave just as much as all the neighbors wanted the works to be over."
