Trash Bags Keep Shoes Dry During Flood

Info from Licensor: "The street was flooded, there was a river flowing through my car, and I didn't want to get my new shoes and pants wet. So, I went to the business next door and asked them for two large trash bags, and luckily they had them! I attempted to get to my car while wearing a trash bag on each leg and holding them up. It worked! I made it to my car completely dry!"
