This was the heart-wrenching moment a New York City police dog was humanely euthanised yesterday (February 14).

A procession of transit bureau K9 officers salute officer Juan Rodriguez and his dog, Cesar, whose incredible life of service came to an end yesterday at the Animal Medical Center in Manhattan.
