Volunteer Firefighter Answers the Call

Info from Licensor: This is a parent who is also a volunteer firefighter waiting in the school car line to pick up his daughter. He is in the fire dept command vehicle. 911 call comes from dispatch for a seizure victim. He is not in his coverage zone. Hears the call, begins to get out of the vehicle. He asks the dispatcher if the call is inside the middle school. He attaches himself to the current 911 call and lets dispatch know he is on the scene.
