Info from Licensor: We were trick or treating and my son was hoping to run into someone else wearing a wacky waving inflatable arm flailing tube man costume. At the end of the night, we were going to the car and we spotted a teenager wearing the same costume. We waited for him to approach us when my son started doing the Wacky Waving Inflatable dance. The teenager responded by doing his own dance. Day made!
