Waterspout Hovers Over Mexican Beach

Info from Licensor: "Was walking along the resort at the Royalton in Riviera Maya Mexico when I noticed staff all looking in one direction. I saw it from the clouds so I ran towards the beach to get a better visual. Some people were running the other way but when I got there I was in awe and pulled out the camera."
