Why Gas is so Expensive

Info from Licensor: "I was filling up my tank at the Loves gas station on Independence parkway in Deer Park, Texas as I do every week on my way to work. I went inside the station to grab some breakfast and something to drink and when I returned to my truck I noticed that my tank was full but the meter on the gas pump was still running. I removed the gas handle and the meter was still counting and that when I decided to start recording what I was seeing. Once I got to work I tried to contact the station with no answer."
