9mm Lead Spins Like a Top on Ice

Info from Licensor: I went ice skating on my frozen lake (private lake) one day in 2015 and discovered a fish frozen under the ice. I decided to see if I could shoot a hole in the ice to get the fish out. When I shot at the ice the bullet did not go through, but I saw it spinning at my feet. I did it again with the camera on and caught the second spinning bullet on film.
