A Bossy Dog That Can Honk the Horn

Info from Licensor: "I was at a gas station for something and while I was there someone started just laying on the horn. A man in the store says 'Sorry, that's just my dog honking the horn.' And don't you know it, I walked right out to this sight. I was DYING! Just to make sure it's completely clear what's going on here: this DOG, obviously smart, honks the car horn if his owner takes longer than they're liking."
