Aftermath of a Hook Going Through Our Windshield on the Highway

Info from Licensor: "My husband, daughter and I were driving home from my husband‘s papas funeral in Mechanicsburg, PA. On the way home on 83 in Harrisburg, a hook comes from the opposite side of the highway and goes through our windshield. It hits my husband‘s shoulder and hits the backseat behind the passenger seat where I was sitting two days prior my daughter‘s booster seat was in that seat. I moved it because I was cleaning my car, if I didn’t move it, it would’ve hit her glass got in our eyes cut my wrist. My daughter is now traumatized. The likelihood of us figuring this out is slim.
