Info from Licensor: "Flight AS569 at New Orleans International Airport (MSY) on 2 May. Third spill of the flight. This one happened after everyone was emergency deplaned after the second spill. Flight was delayed 4 hours. Several people decided to rebook themselves rather than wait. Gate personnel was not authorized to rebook passengers."
