Angry Driver Clips Lane Splitting Motorcyclist

Info from Licensor: "The hit-and-run happened on February 5, 2020. It occurred on North Friant and East Audubon in Fresno CA. My mom and I were on our way home from my orthodontist appointment, there was heavy traffic on N Friant right around 4pm. We were waiting at a stop light, when I saw the red ram (in the video) pull out in between 2 lanes where the motorcyclist (also in the video) was lane splitting. Lane splitting is perfectly legal in California, but I assume the red ram driver didn’t like the motorcyclist lane splitting for some reason. This sudden obstacle forced the motorcyclist to slam his brakes. Of course the reckless driving from the red ram pissed off the motorcyclist, so they exchanged a few words until the light turned green. They exchanged a few more words at the next stop light, but this time when the light turned green, the motorcyclist moved his bike in front of the red ram and was starting to park his bike, that way they could exchange a few more words. However, the red ram didn’t want that, so he hit the gas and recklessly passed the motorcyclist in the motorcyclist’s lane, inches away from hitting the motorcyclist. This was when I thought that something bad/horrible might happen between the 2 people, so I pulled out my phone and was ready to record. I started recording once we pulled up right behind the red ram and managed to catch the incident. I showed the footage to the officers who were on the scene and emailed the video to them. The guy who got hit had a really good description of what the red ram driver looked like, and I got a clear view of the license plate of the red ram driver, so I imagine that he was caught sooner or later. I think that the guy who got hit fractured a bone in his leg and there was already a visible bruise all over the right side of his right leg after the wreck. He was in a bit of pain but still completely conscious and aware of his surroundings. He was soon sent to the hospital by an ambulance so they could make sure he was okay."
