Info from Licensor: "Oscar is a baby non-releasable raccoon, about 4 months old in this video. This was his first time seeing bubbles, and he loved them. Raccoons’ primary sense is touch, which is why he is trying to touch and feel the bubbles. Oscar’s mom is a state permitted for wildlife rehabilitation."
