Bad Tampa Drivers Share Close Call

Info from Licensor: Three drivers that could have caused a very bad accident on Dale Mabry Highway. Two of the drivers were 'trying' to race. Luckily, nobody was hurt. If you don't know how to make a U-turn, don't! Also, don't race on public streets.
