Info from Licensor: "A Chevrolet Suburban was driving at speeds in excess of 80 MPH while driving on the 695 interstate in NW Baltimore. They eventually went on 795 before taking another exit in Owings Mills. The vehicle was driving in traffic, otherwise obeying normal traffic laws, avoiding hitting other motorists and signaling lane changes."
