Beautiful moment pod of five dolphins glides slowly next to boat

The incredible moment a pod of five dolphins glides calmly next to a naval vessel, much to the amazement of passengers abroad.

The family of marine creatures were seen playfully dipping above and below the surface of the sea off the coast of Satun, southern Thailand, on November 26.

After several minutes the pod banked left and dissapeared below the water in the Andaman Sea. Onlooker Tam Panya, who filmed the dolphins, said: ''They were beautiful.

''They stayed for a two or three minutes swimming next to the boat. I felt like the dolphins understood what the boat was. They knew, it was like they came to say hello and they were playing.''
