Black Bear Snags Bag from Truck in Lake Tahoe

Info from Licensor: "The bear was located by an Italian restaurant and surrounding hotels. It came towards me. I did not see it until the other people who saw yelled at me to run. I ran and it seemed to come towards me but it smelled the trash that was in the truck and jumped on it. It ate the food and then went through the trash bins next to it."
