Boys discover, drive huge Soviet-era machine during risky abandoned factory trip

A group of youths in Kaunas, Lithuania find a decades-old Soviet machine in an abandoned steel factory warehouse.

As they explore, one climbs in the pod, leaving his friends below. Astonishingly, it kicks into action. "Let's get the f*** out now" one of them shouts, before opting instead to ascend the stairs and join him in the precarious crane-like contraption.

They then manage to navigate one side of the building, before one of the young men gets out on top.

Lithuania declared independence from the Soviet Union on 11 March 1990, making the machine several decades old. The footage was shot in September 2017.
