Brits hit the beach as UK experiences hottest day of year
Thousands of people headed to beaches across the UK on Saturday as temperatures soared.

Britain has recorded its hottest day of the year so far, with temperatures predicted to hit 35C (95F) in London and southern England.
The Met Office said a temperature of 30.8C had been recorded in Charlwood, Surrey just before midday on Saturday.
