Broken Power Lines Create Chaos Interstate

Info from Licensor: "Driving home at around 7:45 pm, I saw flashes of light similar to lightning, Once I got closer, I realized it was a power line contacting the metal on a pedestrian overpass. This caused a power outage to over 5,000 customers. The power company's fail safe of deactivating the power when the line becomes disconnected apparently didn't work as designed."
