Car Causes Collision on Rainy Day
Occurred on August 9, 2019 / Aventura, Florida, USA
Info from Licensor: "While driving to Aventura Mall, I was stopped at the turn signal. It was raining out and the far right lane was backed up (as it typically does). A BMW thought to pull out of that lane into the middle lane apparently without looking and caused a car to slam on their brakes, resulting in a collision with the vehicle in the next lane. Somehow, the BMW was not struck and immediately made a turn and drove away."
