Car Cuts Off Cop, Instantly Gets Pursued

Info from Licensor: "A person taking a left turn in a break in the double yellow median cut off a police officer who was going straight. The officer had to slam on his brakes to avoid hitting the offending person. After the recording car drove by, the police lights turned on, indicating the offender was about to be ticketed."
