Info from Licensor: "On January 1, 2026, severe rainfall caused rapid street flooding in the Mission Hills neighborhood of San Diego, California. Storm drains in the area were overwhelmed, and water quickly filled the street, submerging multiple vehicles. The video was recorded by a local resident during the flooding.
