Cat Trying to Keep up with Spinning Birthday Decoration

Info from Licensor: "My older brother and I were setting up the decorations for my little brother's birthday while he slept. I decided to hang some decorations on the ceiling fan because I thought it would be funny. Once we turned on the fan with the decoration on it, one of our cats popped up! He started following the decoration with his head watching that was really funny."
